Crispy Cassava Fries

Olive oil

Salt, pepper, and your favorite spices

Boil the cassava until fork-tender, then drain and let it cool.

Cut the cassava into fry-shaped pieces.

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Toss the cassava fries in olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices.

Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until they’re golden and crispy.
