Ingredients:

  • Peeled frozen cassava
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and your favorite spices

Cooking Instructions:

  • Boil the cassava until fork-tender, then drain and let it cool.
  • Cut the cassava into fry-shaped pieces.
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Toss the cassava fries in olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices.
  • Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until they’re golden and crispy.
